Baywind Residences is a joint venture between ABR Holdings and LWH Holdings. LWH Holdings began as a general contractor in 1994, specializing in general construction and civil engineering. In 2005, they began construction on their first residence, a detached bungalow in Serangoon Gardens. To date the company has built over 20 residential properties .
